UML based statistical test case generation

i want to know is there any tool for creating test cases with UML use cases and state diagrams

I don't think that there were tools available for creating test cases or use cases. Generally use case is a document which will be used as a base document both by the development and testing team. Use case may also be of flow chart type with state diagrams. But there are no tool for creating that. To ease the work of creating use case document can be done with the help of microsoft office tools. As the use case is a word document mostly, you can embed the flow chart created in ppt into it. MS office provides lot of provision for creating the state diagrams for flowcharts.
