Voive or Non Voice

I am studying Bsc (III)year.
I would like to work in CALL CENTRE.
Whether VOICE or NON VOICE is good for working?
How will be the career in CALL CENTRE?

The career in all the field will be good we should select what we require.. both voice and non voice will are good
