I am a fresher(B.Tech in I.T) and just joined a well known company. I got it through Campus Interview. When I joined it, I was directly allotted the 'testing' domain. please guide me whether it is a good domain or i should try to shift to development..

Testing is gaining lot of recognition nowadays. but if you are really interested in development, go ahead and make a shift
Every domain has its pros and cons. The holds good for testing also. But if you want to change its your wish . Then you have to choose any of the language with at least one database and prepare a lot to survive in this cut throat competetion.
