In our village there is one public library. One day i saw a notice printed infront of the library gate. The notice contains the following statement:
"Members can borrow unlimited number of books and not return them for upto four months."
Why they announced like this?

may be he just want to clean the library!!!
or he just want to tell that u can burrow any no of books but u should return the books after four months
or he just want to increase the learning habits fot the people in the village!!!

they may try to change the library to some other place. if people return the books after 4 months to the new building, transportation of lot of books can be made easy.
