Forms personalization and customization

Your question is too much theoritical to exoplain. It is beyond the scope of this discussion. Kindly follow a good book or manual for the purpose or you can easily find all that by little web searching.

Hii.. Form personalization is the concept of oracle apps. it was introduced in oracle apps 11.5.10.2 version.
It provides an easy way to do some modifications to the existing oracle forms in apps such as changing the name of a field, u can make a field to not usable etc..
you should go for form customztion if need to add new stuff to the existing forms. In this scenarion custom.pll will be used.
