Siebel testing should be done using the Siebel-web protocol.
You should note that Siebel scripting requires an enormous amount of correlation. The correlation libraries that come with LoadRunner are not very good. They don't correlate everything and the things that do get correlated are sometimes incorrect. You should get the correlation library which Siebel sells. I have found it to be much better.
