Which one would be more helpful

Hi,

I am working in a software company as a business analyst since 2 1/2 yrs, joined as a management Trainess, have done MBA in HR and Computer Applications in Bachelors. Have been working in the Datawarehousing team since 1 yr here. Now i have two ways for me to go ahead, Can you please suggest me which one would be more helpful:

1) Learning DW tools like COGNOS, Informatica and BO and get into s/w jobs (but dont have relevent experience)

2) Go ahead and work as a Business Analyst only. (but done have that much depth knowledge on Business Analysis)

Please suggest me.

To work on DW is a better option. Also the job of Business Analyst is equally rewarding and having growth.
