Once All Testing are done and build is ready then QA Team prepares a final document for testing which can be tested with client/end-user to verify that built is function as per Clients Spec and client will accept the built or wants some changes or reject. This testing is done at final stage.
there are no defects in the application, it is working fine. once the test engineer finalises or stop testing the team lead can checks and releases it to developent team. where in the user acceptance testing the application is ready and the team will creat a client enviroment in their place and deploy that application into that environment and test whether it is working fine or not. if it satisfied then finalised to the client by saying that your product is ready
