Need an Innovative Answer

If a question is posed about a person innovative what innovative answer can be given in the interview by the person?

I like to first state that this is a inovative question.If the person has achieved or contributed anything which could reflect their innovative thoughts they could present it to the interviewer. If not they can share their ideas about their contributions to their work in a innovative manner.
