I have not get any promotion

I have been working in BPO from last 3 and half year I have worked with Brand names like Wipro and Xansa but have not get any promotion, Now when I try to apply as Team leader in any BPO, they preferred experience people not me. Do you have any solution ?

In Big organizations to move up the rung, only working is not enough. You ned to prove your self for that. If you did not get any promotions even after working for 3 n 1/2 years then only yourself to blame for that.
