Kindly advice a course

Dear Sir,

I am an MBA marketing working in automobile industry for past 7 years. My total exp is 9 yrs. At this juncture, i plan to undergo training/ pursue a course which can further enhance my chances of growing higher in the organisational structure. Kindly advice which course should i take and from where.
