Not getting calls from companies

Hi

All I need help! me have 1.9yrs of exp me working on TIBCO tech. Am looking for change but i didn't getting calls in market there is lot of opportunities but me getting calls only from consultancies not from Companies. why its happening am getting plzz help

Having 1.9 u should get calls .But most of the comopanies look for 3+. Try to modify your resume and highlight your exp and achievments. to get calls u need to specify all the projects and thye role youhave played in all those.
