Hi Jayant,
I think you cant able to do like that. You would be using weblogic for deploying bean components and web application right..??? for the NetBeans have in-build tool. You can use it. Else you can download Sun Application deployment tool from Netbeans.org.
Actually, netbeans have in-build tools to deploye beans, web application, configuring data source, etc..., so i think no need to go for other parties.
