can anybody help? pls anybody know implementation steps or any document link or document in oracle apps 11i pls forward me.

Do you have original license Media of Oracle Apps or you have pirated copies.

I would like to suggest you simple method. Go to oracle web site and become OTN member. If you have original media, register it and through Metalink of Oracle you can get full documents for your question and query of implementation.
