I want to work in Google or Yahoo. Can somebody tell me what technologies should I develop for this?

its nice to know that you have high ambitions and dare to join the the global leaders in the respective fields.
But in your post you did not mention what is your backgroung,qualification and most importantly you are trying for which type of job.
