How to talk to my manager for rejoining them

I quit an organisation (a blue chip company) after 4 months of joining because I wanted to pursue a job in my field and I moved to a metro. Its been two months now and I want to rejoin them? I did not serve the notice when i quit. Thus I didn't get a relieving letter from their side. How to talk to my manager for rejoining them?
