Can anybody help me do decriptive programming on the following:
We enter a string in an inputbox. String is (T001;T002-T009;T010)
Now the result should be displayed as T001,T002,T003,T004,T005,T006,T007,T008,T009,T10.

May i know please what is the language you are using for the purpose.
There is something called as Descriptive programming which is quite widely used in testing - So, there is no question of a programming language...
