Will I be able to write the test in singapore

Dear sir / madam,

This is swaroop kishan m, I have finished my B.tech in anna univ-affiliated college in the year 2006 with 65%. My H.S.C aggregate is 91%, and my S.S.L.C is 70%. This shows that i am clearly eligible to write the exam, But my problem is i have finished my POST GRADUATION IN MANAGEMENT IN SINGAPORE, Currently i am in singapore will I be able to write the test in singapore and attend the interview process
