Materialized views

I got a materialized view which is based on a table having 100million records.If i added 10 more records to that base table how can i refresh only the newly added 10 records into the Materialized views without using refresh on commit since refresh on commit scans the entire table

You need to use fast refresh method.

FAST:-It uses MATERIALIZED VIEW LOG to send changes from master table row to the MAT-VIEW.

and for this u need to create a [B]materialized view lo[/B]g on the source table.

In any case u will have to perform the full refresh for reflecting those record. Moreover you can use the fast refresh.;
