How to aproach with companys

I have finished M.C.A in this year(2007). I have Knowledge on JAVA and J2EE. Just give me way, how to aproach with companys

You are fresh out of college right.
What is your grip over the language you are talking of , only you know that better. Also i can guess that, because i have alos been throught that stage in the early part of my carrier.
Before you jump to the cat race ,u need to polish your skills.
You need to be multi-skilled with very good in a particular language.
