How to take backup of daily task in companies while doing a project?

Project development using Visual Sorce Safe can be backed up by writing a script file and scheduling it to run on daily basis.

Here is the clue :-
Use SSARC.exe in the VSS win32 directory which creates a compressed backup of your repository.

Here's the command-line our nightly backup script ultimately uses:
ssarc.exe -d- -s"{vssPath}" -o"{logFile}" -i- -y{username},{password} -c"{comment}" "{archiveFile}" "{vssProject}"

u can use also batch file for automatic backup. that will copy your project content to another network or local backup machine.
here is the command :
xcopy source destination /i /s
ex : xcopy \\peeyushMachine\TestProject C:\Backup /i /s
