QTP is not recognizing Application

I am working on Oracle E business suite application and i need to automate it using QTP 9.0
I have installed java and oracle (ver 8.2) add-ins
I have made neccessary changes in Registry also.
But still QTP is not recognizing Application
Pls help and send me script for editing oracle

Pls chk if the profile configuration has been done in Oracle Apps Sys Admin. My proj also had a similar issue during version changes QTP didnot recognize Oracle Navigator finally we saw a KB in mercury site - KB 24342
