Object repository size in QTP

Can anyone tell me the maximum size of the object repositrory (shared and per action) in QTP?

It depends on the number of objects stored; no fixed size.

It's not restricted as such.We use shared repository not to save size but to make change at one place that affect the all tests which are using that object.
