Strengths: ability to break the code, to write positive and negative tests, professional pessimism, ability to do repetitive tasks, ability to suggest fix.
Weaknesses: inability to completely understand the program code, inability to write scripts for complex test scenarios.
Strengths: have test to break attitude, Take point view of end user, Strong desire for quality, Attention to detail
Weaknesses: cover more functionality in one testcase, poor quality ,
