I want to join Distance Learning

Sir, I have completed my Diploma Engg in Information Technology. I have got a good rank in state engg. I am doing job as CSE in Lenovo. I want to join Distance Learning, tell me what should I do for good future. Tell me shorter courses also which can help me for good future. Tell me what should I do job or BTec. Family condition is normal not good.

Its great that you are working, pls continue with ur job in same company and ask ur seniors that what course to do get promotion and join that course from any institute.
