The tools should be able to find when
- video stream starts
- video stream ends
- identifying a specific clip in the whole video that is playing

Dear shyam,
As per your requirement, I think you don't need a testing tool, you are in need of a multimedia player with composing and mixing function, which will help you to track every second video.I may be right or I may be wrong, because it's just guess not a confirmed answer.
But it's confirmed that there is not such a testing tool which can play your video.;)
