Nortel Admin to data, is that right what I am doing

I am Ravi currenty working as Nortel admin on voice platform since 9 months, now I am planning to jump to data as I have relevent exp on data of abt 2 yrs..Can any one pls advice whether Is this the right way what I am doing?

NORTEL Admin - I understand, but what are you talking about when you say 'data' ?????????? :confused:
