How to call Procedure of a Library

I have one local procedure named as P1 and same procedure I have in the library attached with form. By default if I run the form it will call local procedure P1. If I want to call procedure P1 of library. How can I do this

First import the library file.
Then, use the import tag as prefix to the function name in the call statement.

Eg.
CALL tag.p1(arguements list);
