Is CFA the right option to do right now

Hi, I have completed my MBA Finance in 2006 and I have done BCA in my graduation. Now, I am very much confused that, which field should I select, because my interest lies in finance not software. But, I am lacking in finance due to accounting knowledge, I would like to know whether CFA would be the right option to do right now.

Hi I am 32 years old and I have total 8 years of experiance, in that 3 years is BPO experiance.

I have just done Bcom and now I working as Team lead. which higher education you suggest me to move higher osition and if you suggest MBA, which instistue is good and have value.
