Hi everyone, what should be done when a bug is found at the time release of project?

If it can be quickly resolved, we should go ahed and do that before release.:eek:

If we can't, then we should highlight this bug in the release notes and inform the client about when and how this problem will be resolved to be updated with the client as a patch.:D

The client will have every right to question us and blame us for any business losses.:mad:

See when this type of problem occurs,as a tester you should report the bug.
Now it's the task of management what they decide?
In general if the bug is in not so common used feature, then we hide that feature from the user, otherwise we tell the user about this know bug with commitment that we will fix it soon.
