Is there any key in BO XIR2

Hi,Actually we have a BO Main.key file in BO 6x / 5x is there any key in BO XIR2 If no, then how other users connect to XI R2 environment. Help will be appreciated.

In my openion there is no BO Key in XI R2.

Security is dealt by repository when we use enterprise option for authentication.

Hi,there is no BO main key in Bo XI. CMS console stores all the log in details. It is automatically installed with every BO XI installation. Security is more granular in BO XI when compared to Bo 5.1 or 6.5.

As I am new to BO XI R2, I want to Backup BO things like(DESK I reports docs, web I reports docs, Universes etc ) how can I do this.

Over all I can ssay that what is the backup policy for BO ?

If you want to take the backup of your BOXI objects. Export them and save them as .bair file.
