Setting Column header and manipulate DATAGRID

How can i manipulate DATAGRID?
How can set its column headers,
How can i get its row values so that i can put those values in textboxes to update?

Here is one of the example:

In this example I am adding some style to the ros items itself !!! So you can also do the same way !!!
