How to get the timestamp when it is created

ll or ls -l shows me only month:date:hh:mm.but, i want year:month:date:hh:mm:ss

I want year and seconds display. if that is not possible from ls, then i'd like to know, how to get the timestamp when it is created.

ex: I created a file at 2007:Apr:13:12:33:59 seconds. I want the command which shows me above mentioned details.

Try the following options with ls command to get full date & time listing..

ls -l --time-style=full-iso
or
ls -l --time-style=long-iso
