yellow color textfield....

Recenly i desinged a HTML page for my project...I am using some textfield in contactus page for my website. I upload all the files in my server. After i opened the page, i saw some of the textfield shows as a yellow color textfield.

Is there any problem in my coding or server problem ? Otherwise why it's coming ? How can i solve this problem ?

Please share your point if you faced the same problem....

Please check your google toolbar Autofill option or any other toolbar you have installed on your browser...

disable them, yellow should not show up...
