The missing sets are:
257 | 42
521 | 49
The number on the left is the sum of all the numbers above it in it's column, itself, and the number directly to it's right.The number on the right simply increases by 7 with each new set.:)

For the second term alone, you added 2. for all the other terms you added 7.
so its not looking like a series.
