Update strategy transformation

I am trying to insert an update a target table using update strategy transformation. It works fine when all the records in tha target have to be updated or all the records in the target have to inserted.But it fails when few records are to be updated and few to be inserted

hi! edit sessoin--->give insert and update as update in the target load option.
hope ur problem wil be solved
