Dynamic picklist

I have a scenario for all, I have two fields in opportunity screen called Account and opportunity which are having dynamic picklist,if i select a record in account field, i want display that account related opportunities in opportunity field......how will u do that

Click on the Account hyperlink navigates u to Account screen in that select opportunity view tab then u will see all the opportunity associated to that account... I dont know whether this is u mean...
