Study in North America for free?

Is there a chance for me to study abroad, specifically the US or Canada for free?

I have grades that are above average. I live in the Philippines. I have finished BS Medical Technology. I want to pursure my medicine in North America but I couldn't afford to pay for it.

Is there a scholarship that are granted for deserving students with high grades but are not a citizen of the US or Canada?

but there is no way its gona happen for free :( unless u can get some awesome scholarships!
