Actually i forget to add one more condition...

The value of x must be greater than zero...

Ans: x = -96.5
symbols i used are + and -

208 + x = 15 - x
=> x = -96.5

then value of x is 96.5.
I will use + and - like this,
208 - x = 15 + x
=> x = 96.5

Here it is,
Let us apply - in the left and * in the right side of the equation,

208 - x = 15 * x
=> 16x=208
Solving this we get x=13

Therefore the equation is 208 -13 = 15 * 13
