Sufficient Technical Background and Experience

HI I am M.sc Physics(2007) candidate.I learned Oracle & Informatica.I am trying to persue job either in oracle or Informatica.But I haven't sufficient technical Background and experiance.What should i do now?I am preparing for OCA.
