I would go for a) A small team to establish the best way to use the tool .. you will need to build some prototype app so you will know if it works for yourompany or not

I would go with option: A
There is a group of people who will do POC(proof of concept) and based on that it will be decided whether to use the tool or not.

My suggestion is, Please find or concern the Automation expert, follow the process otherwise really u won't utlise 100 % effectly....

I think we should purchase the tool which fulfill our requirements, and for this, it's better if we talk with support team to give us a demo of the tool functionality to confirm whether it will fulfill our requirement or not.
