Storing and Playing .Wav file in Form 6i

Hi,

I want to store and retrieve the .wav file. And also I want to play the .wav in Forms Run time also. I'm using Forms 6i.

Pl. help and give me the steps...

write below code in when new form instance
Go_Item('ITEM');
Read_Sound_File('wav file path', 'WAVE', 'ITEM');
Play_Sound('ITEM');

item -->property
ITEM type must be sound and soundformat is wav

I did all these. When i am inserting records, it was saved. When i 'm retriveing, it is not showing..
