you cant do it......
you can do only when you are using cobal files as a soure.....
any correction suggest me....

In one case we can design a mapping without a SQ transformation, i.e if the source is a COBOL file, we have to use "Normaliser" transformation in place of SQ transformation.
If there are any other cases plz. tell me.

Yes your answer is correct, that is the only one way to create mapping wihtout using SQ T/R i.e. Normalizer T/R.
