A question of thought faced by my friend in interview was what dos his subordinates think as his weakness. Can someone suggest a smart way of answering and facing this question?
The answer that I would give if the question has been posted to me is that I expect more abilities and innovative talents from my subordinates which are my strength and this may also be perceived as weakness by some of my subordinates.
