First of all apart from answering the interviewer I would like to tell you that short periods of jobs made by a person in their career is not good for their career personally. This is for many reasons like it causes a downfall in reliability of the person with a particular company for a period of time,the person could not master themselves in a particular field if they keep on switching jobs within short span of time and so on. coming to your query on facing the interview that is answering the interviewer you could give valid reasons for your shift and also show credentials or appreciations earned in the companies in that short span of time.
