either the uploading the image or conersion is working

Hi Friends,

Iam facing as problem in java.
I have used a control to upload photo in a page...
And in the same page, i want to include another control.

It is just like atext bx.
When we click on it the contents will be translated to another language and will be displayed in another textarea..

Thanks but my problem is that it does not work...

Either the image is not readable.

Or the language goes in encrypted form.
