can anyone tell about the hr interview........
how i should go for that.........

r u joking or u seriously want to know abt hr interview????i mean its not such a big thing that u dont know abt it.....hr interview includes basic questions like 'whats ur qualities','why u want to joiin our company only','why should we hire u','whats in u that other candidates donot have'.....this type of questions will be asked.............dont worry abt it.main interview is ur technical interview.first u have to clear that........

anyways all the best for ur interviews especially for the HR interview....

The first question in any of the interview is "About Yourself".... The answer u give for this question is going decide whether you selected or not??? so prepare this well... Dont make it very long or very short...

Hi arun, first u should know each and everything about yourself such as your streangths, weaknesses, hobbies, interest areas and your aim of life then reherse all with your freinds.

Example for strength

If you can work as a team as well as independent.Then tell them I am flexible.

If they ask you what do mean by flexible then tell them I can work individually as well as with the team.

Be careful while speaking the interviewer will ask another question based what do you say.

Be cool and confident.

its vrey nice to me.it useful to attending interviews

i have a feel of forgeting my language sense wen i sit and talk with hr or with company.. But wen i come out of the company i talk well with my friends. so pls suggestions fr tis...

take little time while answering the questions. HR doesn't expect you to answer all the questions very quickly.. they just want a sensible and honest answer... so take a chill pill.. think for a while about what you want to answer and shoot..

don't be hasitate while answering to the interviewwer
if you don't know the answer , say dont know

Hello Arun,

Well, a HR Interview consists of several parts. The most probalbe first qustion is "Tell something about you" or "Please introduce yourself." The answer should contain family info, education, personalilty traits and anything about you that you want to "Sell." Then comes why do you want to quit your present job. Don't give any answer that indicates that you are not a good team mate. Then technical questions would be posed to you. And always keep prepared to answer your major strengths and weaknesses.
