Suggest me on deciding

I am working for a concern where the pay is good but when I compare my deisgnation I have not climbed up the ladder for the past 5 years though I have done good. So can I stick to the company since the payment is very good or can I decide to go somewhere. Can someone suggest me ideas on this.

Sachin do you think the company does not offer you alone career advancement.If so it is a wise decision to look for a change of place as satisfaction is equally important in career as monetary is.All the Best for you career.

Ur salary is nice..Ur work is also nice..so I think U can get the same job with that salry in anywhere..So Better to try in another companies also by doing this job only..But Think once before doing what ever u like..

there is no pt staying in an organisation where there is no room for promotion.

To b completely satisfied with ur job,along with ur sal, u should get promotions too.This will keep u motivated, to do well.Otherwise u will feel bored with ur job.

U have 5 yrs exp.That good enough.Somply look for other job now!

In my view u should move. But not just like that u prepare ur self first for somewhere else.Then make decision where u want to go.After it build ur satisfiction criteria then join somewhere else

its a tough question and more tuffer to decide

so u need some brainstorming techniques, analyze and jot down some positive and negative aspects of both leaving the company and staying in the company

but make sure u got almost all points or information before u decide
