    Active Directory

    My Active directory management does not work properly in my administrative tools for XP what should I do please tell me

    Hi All,
    Active directory is service which contains all information of network resources and object i.e printers,users,ous,etc
    It also maintain objects of our domain.

    Actually I wanted to know if Active directory will come with windows XP or we have to bu yit and it works only on Server or Home PC also then why cant I find it in my Control panel. Give me some information.

    its a package like the MS office package it's use do the services to the network if u need that u ujust install windows 2003 os and to install the package by using it

    Hi jvjemil,

    You Should Install Admin Pack for Server 2003 to Your XP OS. If you want to do Administration by Client also.
