    Suggestions Needed

My friend is a fresher and in the interview he was questioned by the interviewer as how a fresher would benefit the company. How best this question could be answered. Kindly provide suggestions to face such questions.

One of the answer could be all expreinced person pass the stage of fresher and then only become experienced and so you could say that you would definetly prove useful to the company. Also you could give the interviewer facts of your achievements may be in acedemic or extra curricular activities or project work anything and say that you proved best in all the work you took and so you would do the best in the work given and benefit the company.

    hi

See the question should be tackled in an effective way.Teh interviewer wants to know how confident u are!U have to say that being a fresher i will induce more energy in the team.Freshers may be inexperienced but their LEVEL OF SPIRIT would be high than an experienced peson(who may b bored by the work). Also tell abt ur achievemnts in ur life.only problem with the fresher will b his inexperience, for which training will be given. His inexperience is a blessing in disguise , since being inexperienced he will try to learn from his first work, and in order to learn u have to give ur 100%.So company will surely b benefitted.

I hop u r satisfied withn this answer!
    Thanks

    :)
